Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at MY PET SECTOR. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form on the website or contact us at support@mypetsector.com . Once your return request is reviewed and accepted by the supplier, you will receive a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. This label includes the specific return address and must be used to ship the item back.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: The cost of return shipping will be supported by the customer. This amount will be charged separately depending on the courier.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)

Personalized or custom-made items

Sale or clearance items (if stated as non-returnable)

Opened or used pet items

Used or opened hygiene-related products (e.g., pet grooming tools, etc.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products marked “Final sale items” or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within maximum 14 days. The processing time can depend on the bank/payment provider the customer used when making the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and the refund has not been received, please contact us at support@mypetsector.com , and we will solve this issue.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@mypetsector.com .
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Current legislation:
In EU countries buyers will generally have a 14-day right to return for no reason (buyer pays return shipping fee)
For EU customers, the exceptions to the right of return are as follows:
Article 16 of Directive 2011/83 provides for exemptions from the right of withdrawal in respect of distance and off-premises contracts.
The right of withdrawal will not exist in case of the following contracts:
- for the provisions of services after the service has been fully performed, provided that the performance has begun with the consumer s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that s/he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
- for the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader, and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer s specifications or clearly personalised;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
- where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during the visit, the trader provides services that are additional to those specifically requested by the consumer (i.e. repair or maintenance), the right of withdrawal will apply to those additional services or goods. Similarly, if during the visit the trader supplies goods other than the replacement parts necessary to carry out the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal shall apply to these goods
.-for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, which were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
- concluded at a public auction;
- for the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
- for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumers prior express consent and the acknowledgement that s/he thereby loses the right of withdrawal.
